A striking example of oxblood glazing by the English potter, Judith Swannell. Contrast and drip glazing is as strong an identifier of Swanells work, before seeing her fluid signature. The fiery oxblood is bordered, inside and out by a molten bronze rim at the top of the bowl, which seems like a mirrored effect, a mastered process
