Produced to 35PPM after a long 160 hour fermentation. Aromas of smouldering oak embers, burn liquorice and honeycomb, wild heather, ginger, butterscotch and orange peel. The palate provides notes of dark chocolate, creme brulee and toasted almonds that lead to cinnamon brittle toffee.
