Adnams Britten as a Boy 57.15% 70cl 48.1 then in a blazing dashAdnams Britten as a Boy 57. 15% Suffolk based brewer and distiller Adnams has done something special with this release. It honours Benjamin Britten, the composer who grew up in Lowestoft, just down the road. The limited edition release has been matured in French oak and finished in an ex Burgundy wine barrel. Its a fundraising bottle, with proceeds going towards a statue of Britten for the Lowestoft seafront. Tasting note: Nose: Complex and earthy
