not sure if this is a cyanotype postcard or not - but it definitely has a blue hue

Foreign postcard - JAPAN 1894 Empire du Japon printed stamp, postmarks - 2K0271 ID Mailed 191_Japanese Reply type Japanese Carte Postale that has writing symbols which of course I have no idea as to what is printed. There is a green 2 SN printed stamp with Empire du Japon on it. A couple of postmark cancels both of which you can see the date 1894 one that has Meiji 27 Tokio Japan The note has: Koriyama City, Owashiro, Japan April 26th 1894 and mentions the newspaper Oriental News Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old
