To add richness to the timeless fruity flavor, a unique sherry cask has been used to finish this whisky. In collaboration with our longstanding sherry producers from the Jerez region in Spain, these casks are seasoned with a bespoke blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries. This extraordinary 40 year old has been finished in these custom casks, enhancing its flavor profile
