The nose has subtle scents reminiscent of green apple and pear with mineral notes. The palate has a refreshing mouthfeel of apple, apricot and stony minerality. Dusty apple and pear aromas are clean and on point, while this feels fresh but nothing more. Melon, apple and pear flavors are light but easy to like, while this finishes short and swift, which is fine given that it's meant for quaffing. ABV: 12.
