Bruma del Estrecho de Marin 'Paraje Las Chozas', Jumilla, Spain 2018 Caravaglio it's fleshyThe 2018 Bruma del Estrecho Paraje Las Chozas has intense honeyed and beeswax aromas. It was produced in a more modern style with grapes from a cooler zone within Jumilla. It's sharper and a bit austere, with marked tannins and acidity. It's bottled at only 12. 5% alcohol after fermenting and maturing in 5,000 liter oak vats. 12,600 bottles were produced. It was bottled in June 2020. Luis Gutierrez, Robert Parker
