Left side of the road has sign for ELKS CLUB and right has:  VALLEY NATIONAL BANK / HASSAYAMPA HOTEL and COFFEE SHOP BUFFET / a STANDARD STATIONS INC (like the Chevron gas station insignia) and a couple of billboards at street level that I can't quite make out

there is staining to the back that doesn't come thru to the front
