Track - Long Way Short Step malbec angelica root and citrus peelFresh Craft Beer from our Bottle Shop and Taproom: This is the biggest IPA Track have done to date! They used their DIPA malt base but boosted it to achieve an incredibly high gravity, supplemented with brewing sugar. Fermented with their house yeast it was able to hit a whopping 13% ABV! They split their dry hop into two to try and maximise our extraction & boost the ripe mango, peach & mandarin flavours. They mashed high to give this an unctuous
