Colombia Geisha Anaerobic Washed SUBSCRIPTION Zesty lime and grapefruit leadLa Estrella Geisha Washed is a meticulously processed coffee from La Unin, Nario, grown at 2,100 meters by producer Carlos Estrella. After same day depulping to preserve mucilage, the coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation in sealed 200 liter tanks equipped with handmade water traps for precise microbial control. Following fermentation, the beans are double washed and slow dried on patios and solar beds over 23 weeks to lock in clarity and structure.
