This is an Etheric Vortex scenery piece, which models with the Idoneth Deepkin allegiance have access to. The Shipwreck itself is a sea dessicated hull, the skeleton of some long forgotten vessel now home to barnacles, coral and creatures sympathetic to the Idoneth.
