Fruit set for Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent, which allowed us to produce a wine that is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two vineyards in the Oak Knoll appellation in the Napa Valley. We do not crush our grapes, but rather, let them gently
