It has a rich and complex nose full of citrus fruit

yet it’s so balanced and creamy

and loads of class

intense and tensioned yet highly finessed and elegant Chenin with elderflower and orange blossom flavours at this early stage and a delicate tannin structure

Overtime, more of the anise and clove will mix with these other aromas. Currently, the wine is young with mouth filling intensity and suppleness. Complexity will increase as the wine ages, but this wine should stay fresh for 6 or 7 years.
