Charles Melton The Kirche Shiraz Carbernet Zinfandel floral gin with outstanding finishDeep delicious colour. Bright crimson. Highly perfumed upon first look. A very lifted sweet note, but again as is always the case with this block, the Cabernet (34%) component is highly assertive. A very smooth round palate, with lovely plush mid palate weight. Strong varietal flavours are evident on the palate. Lovely package. I am hesitant to say pretty because it underplays the complexity of the wine but is very fragrant.
