North British 25 Year Old TBWC Batch 2 56.5% 50cl 1929 200 casks a year –So named after the railway company that serves the distillery, North British is the third largest grain distillery in Scotland. This 25 year old, bottled by That Boutique y Whisky Company, was distilled in Coffey stills corn and up to 20% malted barley making up the mash bill. Nose: Confectionary tropical scents. Foam bananas, desiccated coconut, pineapple and papaya. Palate: More tropical fruits on the palate, white chocolate and a little chilli
