An exuberantly spicy nose is composed almost exclusively of various very ripe dark berries and exotic tea scents

While La Tâche is almost by definition a superbly elegant wine there is also always an inner core of muscle

Of course I paid a lot of attention to their wines and I tasted with Laura Catena and winemaker Alejandro Vigil both in Madrid and Mendoza

Paul Pillot, Chassagne Montrachet Vintage:2023 balanced redA different aromatic profile is present with its array of resin, rosemary oil and petrol scented nose. Once again there is fine density to the delicious and caressing but powerful middle weight flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the clean and agreeably dry finale. This will need to develop better depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range.
