Wichita Artists in their Studios paradisepark 1882–1945This book displays intimate portraits of fifty artists at work. Landscape painters and fiber artists, sculptors and fine art photographers, ceramicists and installation artists all of them have found a place in Wichita to make art. They have learned they may have a national or international presence while living in a mid size city where rent is low and people are friendly and accepting. This book is an invitation to step into the artist's world
