Green River Rye Whiskey Cock Russell & Co Distilled from Minnesota ryeGreen River Rye is made of a blend of 4 to 6 year old barrels distilled from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley and bottled without chill filtration at 95 proof. The nose presents lovely scents of apple, citrus peel, brown sugar, honey, and rye spice. The palate opens sweetly with honey, butterscotch, and sweet apple. Some rye spice joins on the mid palate along with a pop of citrus. The rye spice lingers through the finish, where its joined
