Deep intense red, smells of blackberries and strawberry, spices, violet and humus. Smooth in the mouth, complex, full bodied and very persistent. Serve at a temperature of 15 18 C. First courses with meat sauce and mushrooms, polenta, grilled meat, and medium aged cheeses.
