Lively and aromatic with a balanced and refreshing finish. Immensely versatile, Ferzo Passerina is excellent as an aperitif or ideal with seafood, from the traditional fisherman's "brodetto all'abruzzese" (a light, tomoto broth fish stew) to fresh crudo. It works well with poultry, salumi and soft or young cheeses.
