I would guess this to be a Tahitian Black Pearl

Sterling circular pendant inlaid with dark green Turquoise

Made of sterling silver and set with tiny coral eyes

and a dark green turquoise with black matrix

The set is made of sterling silver set with large stones of Sodalite. The earrings are clip ons and, while on the heavier side, fit quite comfortably once you know how to put them on properly. The ring appears to sit at about a size 8. 5, but fits more like a size 8. 75. Please look closely at the pictures of the ring as there are slight cracks in the stone.
