After blending, it was filtered through charcoal and then matured for three years using the solera system in ex wine Tempranillo barrels. This rum is best enjoyed in a glass with grapes, blueberries, currants and blackberries. We recommend serving neat without water or ice at room temperature. Only 8,000 total bottles were produced.
