The palate is rich with voluptuous flavors of baking spice, coffee and cocoa with a balanced and lingering finish. Winemaking Notes: The fruit for Cigar Old Vine Zinfandel was allowed to cold soak prior to a 14 day fermentation. The wine was aged for 8 months, partially in French Oak.
