grapefruit and Gravenstein apple flavors balance on a core of minerality

with the front end clenching the palate a bit before it relaxes enough to allow notes of blackberry seed

Wood aging brings a perfumed character to the bold black fruits from old vines

followed by a subtle herbal quality

Notable ginger honey to orange marmalade, elderflower aroma which are sooo lovely, well ripen peach, apple, pear, and zesty lime citrus. Has little bit botrytised and little bit oxidative touch but not notable. It's bit funky in my standard but doesn't have reductions.
