The arcs can be adjusted in height and turned all around. The eyeball shades can be positioned inside or outside the arcs and placed in the rings in any direction desirable. The lamp requires two E27 lightbulbs and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Good. The lamp has marks of user wear, the metal rings have light signs of rust. The shades are still nice and shiny.
