Northern Monk x Hogans Wild 006 Style_Old Ale The flavor is vinous withNorthern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration release with Hogans Cider that saw us co ferment Hogans apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before aging. The result is a unique beer cider hybrid made using wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis. Expect funky, tart flavours and a clear apple character, with a hint of smoke and malt sweetness on the finish. Each 750ml bottle is hand numbered. Size: 750ml ABV: 4. 6%
