Soft Silk Colors:055 dark brown As with all plant-dyed yarnsDescription Spun from bourette silk, BC Garn Soft Silk is climate regulating, but isn't as cool, smooth, or slippery as many mulberry silk yarns. After mulberry silk is harvested from the main part of the cocoon, the remaining fibers are used to produce bourette silk. Soft silk is therefore ideally suited for baby and children's clothing. Soft Silk is dyed with AZO free and Oeko Tex certified dyes. Spun and dyed by a small spinning mill in India.
