With dark, black cherry fruit and pomegranate seeds at the start,the concentrated charge of Syrah follows after a slight note of reduction and notes of black pepper. The rich, juicy fruit iscoolly embedded in the initial taste. Fully ripe and spicy, it is reminiscent of cassis leaves and blackberry leaves with notes of chocolate and dried beef.
