It's made from a blend of local grapes, including 75% Nero d'Avola, 5% each of Grillo, Frappato, Insolia, Catarratto, and Perricone. This Rosso blend is bright in colour and character. There's a lovely tension and freshness to the fruit, with raspberry, crunchy cherry, and a little red candy tempered by fresh cut herbs and a smattering of sandy tannin.
