Full and incredibly soft, richly fruity and with gentle, well polished tannins. The finishes are very elegant and persistent. The wines of Clos de Vougeot are very varied, but those from the place of Grand Maupertuis, just below the Grands Echzeaux, are of great quality. The texture is soft. We find silky tannins and a nose of black fruits.
